Role: As a Marketing Executive, you will serve as the engine room of the marketing team. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels, maintaining high-quality growth data, and providing comprehensive operational support for our events and community programs.
You will be joining an AI-native marketing function that operates as a single integrated system — where content, events, paid media, partnerships, and sales enablement all work together around unified quarterly themes. Your role is to keep that machine running smoothly.
You’ll join a newly created marketing role with the freedom to shape how the work is done from day one. You’ll have autonomy to test ideas, choose the tools and workflows you think can deliver the strongest results, and be able to experiment with new AI tools that could help you become more efficient. The role is well suited to someone who wants to learn and apply AI in real campaigns, while still having regular support and feedback from the Head of Marketing
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Distribution & Amplification
Social Media Management: Execute the weekly LinkedIn and social media schedule to maintain a consistent drumbeat.
Social Selling: Package social selling kits to empower leadership to amplify brand reach.
Newsletter Production: Own the end-to-end setup and distribution of monthly LinkedIn and email newsletters, focusing on high-quality formatting and link tracking.
Content Recycling: Maximise the lifecycle of long-form assets (such as whitepapers and reports) by transforming them into snackable social posts, blogs, and graphics.
2. Event Operations & Attendee Management
Event Briefing: Prepare comprehensive event briefs ahead of each roundtable and industry event, consolidating objectives, target guest profile, key messaging, run of show, logistics summary, team responsibilities, and success metrics into a single reference document for stakeholders.
Logistics: Manage venue bookings, travel arrangements, catering, and merchandise for internal roundtables and major 2026 industry events. Where a project manager is engaged (e.g. for website delivery), coordinate briefings and handovers to ensure smooth execution.
Event Setup & Pre-Event Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for event setup logistics across internal and external events. This includes liaising with venue teams, production suppliers, and the merchandise warehouse to confirm delivery schedules, booth specifications, and branding requirements in advance. Attend the venue the day before each event to oversee the physical setup — including booth build, branded materials, merchandise placement, and AV checks — ensuring everything is in order before the team arrives on the day.
Merchandise Coordination: Send briefs to the warehouse for event merchandise requirements, and monitor delivery and collection to ensure timely fulfilment.
RSVP & Data Ownership: Oversee RSVP lists, distribute calendar invites, and track guest confirmations.
Real-Time Reporting: Maintain live attendee trackers and provide regular updates on registration numbers and guest profiles.
On-Site & Production Support: Serve as the point of contact for guest outreach, speaker bookings, and logistics for executive dinners.
3. Lead Generation & CRM Excellence
HubSpot Data Integrity: Act as the primary guardian of the CRM.
Strategic Tagging: Ensure all leads are accurately tagged by vertical to support the 2026 business strategy.
Reporting & Hygiene: Audit internal trackers regularly to ensure data accuracy, high email deliverability, and seamless lead handovers to the sales team.
Data Extraction & List Building: Support campaign targeting by using tools such as Apollo and Clay to prepare and format data sets for campaigns, in line with briefs from the Head of Marketing. This includes pulling ICP-matched contact lists using filters such as job title, company size, industry, and revenue range, and formatting outputs to specification. You will not be responsible for campaign orchestration, but accuracy and attention to detail in list preparation is essential.
4. Performance Reporting & Dashboards
Channel Reporting: Support the maintenance and regular updates of marketing performance dashboards covering paid advertising (PPC), event attendance, newsletter engagement, and lead generation. Ensure data is accurate and up to date ahead of reporting cycles.
Dashboard Hygiene: Keep tracking spreadsheets, live event trackers, and CRM reports clean and current, flagging anomalies or gaps to the Head of Marketing.
5. Agency & Vendor Coordination
Agency Management Support: Support the coordination of external agency relationships, including briefing agency partners, collating performance updates, and tracking deliverables against agreed SLAs.
Vendor Research: When new vendors are required (e.g. for specialist services such as SEO or paid media), conduct structured research to produce shortlists and comparison summaries to inform the Head of Marketing’s selection process.
6. Website & Digital Asset Support
Content Coordination: Support the preparation and review of website copy and landing page content, liaising with the project manager and any relevant agency partners to ensure briefs are clearly communicated and timelines are met.
Asset Management: Maintain an organised library of digital assets — images, brand files, copy documents — ensuring the team always has up-to-date materials to hand.
7. AI Tools & Automation Support
Workflow Maintenance: Support the upkeep and basic maintenance of marketing automation workflows (built across tools such as Claude AI), ensuring recurring tasks run smoothly and flagging any failures.
AI-Assisted Execution: Use AI tools in day-to-day tasks — including drafting, research, summarisation, and data processing — to operate efficiently within a fast-moving, AI-native team.
Key Competencies
Operational Rigour: You have a passion for spreadsheets and find satisfaction in a perfectly organised HubSpot portal.
Tech Savvy: You are comfortable with (or a fast learner of) HubSpot, Clay, and various project and automation tools.
Communication: You can professionally coordinate with senior stakeholders, external guests, and agency partners.
Attention to detail: You consistently spot typos in newsletters or missing tags in the CRM before they go live.
AI & Automation Literacy: You have an AI-first mindset and are comfortable learning AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of your daily workflow for drafting, research, and task execution. Experience/knowledge with no-code automation platforms is a plus.
