Principal Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of product development.
Role requirements:
- Lead the product management process from strategy to delivery on a variety of client projects across multiple industries.
- Support the Director of Product as a senior member of the team, by providing product expertise to clients and support growth opportunities for other team members.
- Work with leadership and the business team to shape future engagements - You will provide the Product perspective and expertise, design the team and required capabilities and be an integral part of the planning phase.
- In addition to client work, we expect you to apply product thinking internally to help Elsewhen achieve its goals. This involves supporting OKRs for the product team, optimising our internal processes and exploring new technical fields.
- As an expert in their fields, we would love you to represent Elsewhen in Meetups, Product events etc.
Key skills:
- 10+ years of product management experience, of which at least 4 years in a client-facing role (consultancy/agency experience)
- Proven experience managing teams and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in dealing with ambiguity to establish the best path forward
- Varied industry experience, with depth in Finance, Retail or AI preferred but not essential
