Delivery Management at Elsewhen

Responsibilities:
- Agile analysis and delivery of bespoke software for our clients.
- Collaboration with Product Owners and Engineers to review requirements and translate them into clear User Stories using a variety of analysis techniques.
- Use Jira to manage Product Backlogs and facilitate Sprint Planning.
- Facilitate team ceremonies and workshops.
- Maintain accurate documentation where appropriate, such as project plans, change control, risk and issue logs and stakeholder communications.
- Create and maintain the conditions needed for a self-organised production team, with Agile coaching where necessary.
- Alongside the Programme Lead, support quarterly planning and ensure effective resource utilisation within your teams.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Both delivery and solution-focussed, ideally with experience as a BA or a Product Owner, or at least able to demonstrate those capabilities via example artefacts such as feature mapping, user/system flows, lo-fi wire-framing or release planning.
- Proven ability to adapt to different methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Experience executing product roadmaps and prioritising delivery with flexibility.
- Experience collaborating with C-suite stakeholders
- Ability to lead across multiple cross functional Agile teams and complex workstreams, and quickly build relationships with Clients and Colleagues at all levels.
- Strong technical acumen in order to understand and communicate high-level architecture and technical decisions.
- Nice to have; consultancy or agency experience
- Ability to contribute and influence our Ways of Working and drive continuous improvement within your teams.
