Delivery Management at Elsewhen

Things you will be doing:
Lead product delivery across multiple complex workstreams.
Facilitate team ceremonies and serve as a liaison between internal and client teams.
Manage user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA, Notion, and GoogleDocs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, such as project plans, risk and issue logs and stakeholder communications.
Oversee task planning, sprint planning, and backlog management.
Manage change control, ensuring scope change is captured and estimated for potential budget increases.
Role Requirements
Lead 2-4 cross-functional agile teams to deliver bespoke software to our clients.
Own all team ceremonies across the sprint cycle and maintain multiple Jira boards
Alongside your Programme Manager, provide quarterly planning and ensure resource utilisation within your team
Translating technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders )and vice versa.)
Strong technical acumen to understand high-level architecture and technology choices in projects.
Ability to contribute and influence our Ways of Working and driving continuous improvement within your teams.
Your Experience:
- 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Ideally, you will possess some experience working with the Media industry and/or Online Retail.
- Proven ability to adapt to different methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Experience executing product roadmaps and prioritising delivery with flexibility.
- Experience collaborating with C-suite stakeholders and understanding complex technical challenges to support the team.
- Ideally you will have some experience as a BA or a Product Owner - You should feel comfortable analysing requirements and translating them into clear user stories.
